We collect information you submit through our forms — such as your name, business name, phone, email, current processor, volume range, and the details you choose to share. We also collect basic technical and marketing attribution data (such as pages visited, referring source, and UTM parameters) to understand how visitors find us.
How we use your information
Transactra may use submitted information to respond to merchant services, payment processing, equipment, statement review, partner, or support requests, to provide a savings estimate, and to improve our website and marketing. Transactra may contact you by phone or email when you submit a request.
SMS / text messaging
Text messages are only sent when you separately opt in to SMS on a form. We offer separate, optional opt-ins for marketing texts and for non-marketing (transactional) texts; neither is required to submit a form. SMS opt-in data is not sold, and it is not shared with third parties for their own marketing. You can reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, and reply HELP for help. Service providers
Transactra may use CRM, communication, payment-processing, automation, analytics, and other service providers to operate the business and provide the services you request. Transactra does not collect Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, routing numbers, or full underwriting application data through public lead forms.
Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Data security & retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
