Programs are subject to qualification, underwriting approval, processor/acquirer approval, card-brand rules, state laws, equipment terms, and signed merchant agreement. Zero-fee, surcharge, dual-pricing, or cash-discount programs must be configured and disclosed properly. Transactra provides payment solutions in partnership with approved processing partners.

SMS Program Terms
Program name: Transactra Payment Review Updates.
Business identity. Transactra may send text messages related to appointment reminders, payment review updates, statement review updates, application updates, service notifications, special offers, discounts, and service updates when you opt in.
If you opt in to text messages, message types may include: payment review follow-up, appointment reminders, statement review follow-up, equipment option follow-up, application or onboarding reminders, and support follow-up.

Cancellation & support. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the phone number that sent you the message. After you send STOP, we may send an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@transactrausa.com.
